Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.


2. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable, as cakes, ingredients and workshop materials are prepared in advance.If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to an alternative workshop where sufficient notice is given and places are available. Transfers are not guaranteed.
If Mini Gems cancels a workshop for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another date.


3. Ages
Our workshops are suitable for children aged 4 years and above.
Children aged 4–6 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the workshop.
Children aged **6+ may attend independently unless otherwise stated.


4. Allergies & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must disclose any allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions when booking.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate allergies, Mini Gems cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment as ingredients including wheat, eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens may be present.


5. Behaviour
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other participants and equipment.
Mini Gems reserves the right to ask a child to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or seriously disrupts the workshop. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.


6. Collection of Children
Only the parent/guardian or the nominated collection person may collect a child at the end of the workshop.
Please ensure children are collected promptly at the advertised finish time.


7. Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
Images will only be used where parental permission has been given during the booking process.


8. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Mini Gems of any relevant medical conditions or additional support needs before the workshop.
Mini Gems reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe attendance may present a health or safety risk that cannot reasonably be managed.


9. Liability
Mini Gems accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshop.


10. Data Protection
Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely for administering workshop bookings and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.


11. Agreement
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
